Exciting opportunity for experienced Surgical Services / Periop leader to lead Surgical Services team at 200+ bed hospital in the Midwest US. This hospital is part of a system that has committed to investing in system and facility improvements. Surgical Services is a very important part of this hospital and certain surgical specialties draw people from throughout the country.
Leaders who will do well in this position are visible, accountable, process driven, quality focused, great communicators who can plan and execute while balancing day-to-day activities. Team building, organizational collaboration skills and expertise in Surgical Services will also be critical. This position reports directly to the CNO who is focused on quality, safety and service. The CEO is also an accomplished former Nurse Executive who has a strong commitment to quality, nursing and taking care of the community.

Qualifications:
- BSN required
- MSN, MHA, MBA or willing to pursue (partial tuition reimbursement available) required
- 3+ years Surgical Services leadership (Manager or Director) required
