Position reports to an exceptional and supportive CNO. The Quality Director and their team will be responsible for Quality, Infection Prevention, Patient Safety and Risk Management, Patient Relations, Credentialing and Regulatory Compliance Program Oversight. Qualifications:
• 2 years combined experience in a clinical, management, administrative role in an acute care healthcare environment
• 2-3 years recent experience in a Quality Management role in an acute care hospital environment
• Experience using Lean or other quality improvement methodologies preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
