Working directly with hospital and health system leadership you will be responsible to manage lean process improvements to reduce waste, educate and train various departments on the use of process improvement tools and their utilization and develop key metrics to ensure that expected outcomes are achieved. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field required. Master’s preferred.
- 1 + years of healthcare process / quality improvement experience in an acute care hospital environment required.
- Lean certification required.
- Experience training others in the use of Lean or Six Sigma tools
- High achiever with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver meaningful results in a short-period of time
