Gina started her career in healthcare as a pediatric and PICU nurse at a renowned 700+ bed hospital, where she also pioneered a Child Life program and a hospital-based wellness program. Her flair for strategy, creating anew and leading growth became evident when she played a key role in the expansion of an Occupational Medicine practice start-up to cater to over 500 clients. She then transitioned to lead a turn-around situation for Occupational Health at Motorola where they gained OSHA VPP Star status in 18 months. In addition to occupational health, she spearheaded and managed a robust Wellness Center and Childcare center. She advanced to oversee Occupational Health and Wellness for an entire business unit for Motorola with 6 manufacturing/engineering sites across the US.
A Florida State University alumna, she majored in both nursing and psychology, offering her a holistic grasp of healthcare leadership. Outside work, Gina cherishes family and close friends, champions a fitness and wellness-driven lifestyle, and relishes international travel.

A seasoned business leader, Jeff brings extensive international experience and a Fortune 500 leadership background to his role. His resume includes prestigious names like Hewlett Packard, IBM, Avaya, and Nortel, where he managed sales teams and led the definition of corporate strategy across the Latin America and Caribbean region.
The wealth of Jeff’s diverse professional experiences culminated in the founding of Health Career Talent. A proud alumnus of the University of Michigan, Jeff holds both MBA and undergraduate degrees. He is also the founder and Past President of the University of Michigan Business School Alumni Club of South Florida. Outside of his professional life, Jeff’s passions include his family, international travel, and fitness. He is fluent in Spanish.
