Reporting directly to an accomplished COO/CNO, the Director of Lab offers a hospital laboratory leader the opportunity to focus on supporting service line growth, maximizing operational efficiency, bringing outsourced lab functions in-house and team building. We have recruited several members of the executive and senior leadership team and can attest to the caliber of leaders in the organization. We are invested in recruiting a strong hospital Lab Director that will complement the organization.
The hospital is set in a quaint suburb approximately 1 hour outside of a major metro area. Lab Directors or Managers with strong hospital lab leadership and clinical backgrounds who have a bias for action and are skilled in communication, team-building, and leading change will excel in this role.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Medical Technologist, MT (ASCP) with current registration required
- Master’s Degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a hospital laboratory
