Take your career to the next level with this highly visible Hospital Transformation Internal Consulting role. Reporting to the Director of Internal Consulting, you will be part of the Internal Consulting organization that is tasked with providing the analysis required for this acute care health system’s growth and operations transformation initiatives. You will identify new initiatives based on sound analysis, help implement and monitor existing initiatives and will provide input on policy definition / revision to ensure organizational efficiency and growth. This role will provide you with quantifiable, actionable ways to help hospitals and healthcare systems improve efficiency and growth that you will be able to leverage as your progress in your career.
This is role based in Northern California. It will require 25-30% travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration required
- 5 + years of healthcare process / quality improvement experience required
- Previous healthcare management experience required
- LEAN and / or PMP certification preferred
