Fantastic opportunity for an early career, healthcare focused, Lean Six Sigma practitioner to work on exciting projects to help an acute care health system grow and improve operational efficiency. This Lean Manager role will expose you to those initiatives that hospitals use to drive efficiency and growth. You will be tasked with performing lean assessments, developing key metrics related to process improvement projects and educating various departments within the organization on the use of process improvement tools and methodologies. In this role you will interact with multiple system and site leaders across various functions within this acute care healthcare system as you demonstrate your analytical and business prowess.
This California based position requires 25-30% travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Health Care Administration preferred
- 3 + years of healthcare process / quality improvement experience required
- Previous acute care hospital experience required
- LEAN certification required.
