The Director of Quality is a critical role at this financially stable and quality-driven organization with multiple facilities including an acute care hospital, rehab unit, ortho-spine unit and a separate behavioral health hospital. Reporting to the CEO, you and your team will be responsible for Quality, Infection Prevention, Risk Management, Credentialing and Regulatory Compliance Program Oversight at multiple hospital owned locations in the area. Qualifications:
• 2 years combined experience in a clinical, management, administrative role in an acute care healthcare environment
• 2-3 years recent experience in a Quality Management role in an acute care hospital environment
• Experience using Lean or other quality improvement methodologies preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
