Administrative and strategic leader of Oncology Services for a medium sized hospital that is part of a healthcare system with plans to expand their footprint in the region. Seeking an experienced oncology leader with a clinical background and demonstrated performance in leading and expanding services to meet the needs of the community.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of oncology clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Minimum of 5 years demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience
- Demonstrated success in Oncology Service Line leadership and business development experience in a highly matrixed environment
- Bachelors degree in related field; Masters Degree (MBA highly desirable)
