Part of a larger, quality focused, expanding healthcare system this is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced Laboratory Director. This busy hospital is part of a national healthcare system with construction underway for a new re-built Laboratory.
Reporting directly to a fantastic COO, the Director of Lab is responsible for and directs Laboratory functions in a cost efficient, effective manner while keeping quality care and service to patients as the primary goal. This role directs, establishes, and plans the overall policies and goals for the hospital’s laboratory services. The ideal leader for this role will be one who is inclusive, participatory and a team builder.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Master’s Degree
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ laboratory experience in acute care hospital setting
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive leadership experience in laboratory
- ASCP certification
