Our client is seeking an Emergency Department Director for a very busy ED that will undergo a multi-million dollar expansion in the near future. If you are a transformational leader with excellent communication skills, positive staff engagement and retention track record, experienced in leading evidence-based practice, streamlining processes and demonstrating critical thinking to continually improve the quality and outcomes of patient care in the ED we want to speak with you.
Requirements:
- 5 years + in leadership role over an ED with 20,000+ annual visits
- BSN required; Master’s Degree in related field
- BCLS required
- CEN, ATCN, ACLS, PALS certifications highly desirable
