Very busy trauma center seeking a Director for the ED who is a transformational leader with excellent communication skills, positive staff engagement and retention track record, experienced in leading evidence-based practice, streamlining processes and demonstrating critical thinking to continually improve the quality and outcomes of patient care in the ED. Great opportunity for a skilled leader to work in this dynamic emergency center and supportive environment. Position reports directly to CNO.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in leadership role over an ED with 50,000+ annual visits
- BSN required; Master’s Degree in related field
- CEN, ATCN, ACLS, PALS certifications highly desirable
