Qualifications:
- 3+ years current experience as full service, acute care hospital COO (100+ beds) or CEO (50+ beds)
- Demonstrated track record of success leading acute care hospital organizations
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business preferred
- Current knowledge of Joint Commission, state, and federal guidelines, regulations and standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced skills in financial management.
- Ties to the Northwest / Pacific Northwest
