As the CNO, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and improving interdisciplinary care, treatment, and services to patients.  The CNO has administrative and operational oversight of nursing and all clinical areas for an integrated approach and ensures compliance with evidence-based practice and regulatory and performance standards.

Your contributions will be vital to assessing and planning for effective patient flow processes, managing human resources for all clinical departments, and adopting an approach to hospital-wide performance improvement. You will be responsible for communicating the hospital’s vision, mission, beliefs, and values to internal and external customers and collaborating with other departments to integrate care, programs, and services.  As a member of our executive team your expertise will be invaluable in developing and implementing policies and procedures that promote the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications:

  • BSN or MSN required
  • Master’s degree required
  • 5+ years management experience in an acute care hospital over multiple departments
