In this role you will report directly to an accomplished and approachable CEO, who was recruited to lead the operational and financial transformation of this organization. The CEO values the rich history and people who are part of this organization, and we are currently seeking an HR Leader to help champion engagement initiatives, build a robust OD program and help lead a cultural transformation.
In the role of Chief Human Resources Officer you will oversee all aspects of HR from compliance and systems, employee relations, compensation design, benefits administration, organizational development and leadership/professional development, to name a few.
