Hospital Nursing Quality Director – Pacific Northwest

Our client, a recently built, mid-size hospital in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking a Nursing Quality Director to drive hospital Quality, Safety, Risk Management, Infection Control and Patient Satisfaction.    This senior leader will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across numerous areas; including but not limited to:

  • Patient safety and clinical excellence
  • Regulatory readiness
  • Process improvement

Qualifications:

  • BSN required
  • Masters in Healthcare/Business Administration preferred
  • 5 years’ progressive management experience including management of Clinical and Performance Improvement and/or Quality areas in an acute care healthcare environment
  • 2-3 years’ recent experience in a Quality Management role in an acute care hospital environment
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Excellent data analysis, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
  • Project Management certification preferred
