Reporting directly to a fantastic CEO (and in collaboration with a delightful CNO who was recruited by our firm), this Chief Quality Officer will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across numerous areas; including but not limited to:
- Patient safety and clinical excellence
- Risk management
- External reporting
- Process improvement
Set in a beautiful part of the Pacific Northwest US in a very family friendly area with plenty of parks and a quaint downtown area, this is a great place to call home.

Qualifications:
- RN required
- BSN preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5 years’ progressive management experience including management of Clinical and performance improvement and/or quality areas in an acute care healthcare environment
- 2-3 years’ recent experience in a Quality Management role in an acute care hospital environment
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
- Excellent data analysis, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
- Project Management certification preferred
