This leadership position is responsible for the budget, staff, staff development, and implementation of case management best practices across the department. This leader will also work closely with the senior leadership, medical, and nursing staff to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
• RN required
• BSN or Bachelor Degree
• Masters Degree preferred
• 3+ years case management or utilization review experience in acute care hospitals required
• 4+ years supervisor experience
• CCM (Certified Case Manager) preferred
