They are seeking a Director of Women’s Services who reports directly to the CNO and is accountable to ensure the delivery of quality, safe patient care, and high patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
- BSN (MSN preferred)
- FL RN licensure ideal but not required
- 3-5 years OB RN experience
- 2-5 years’ experience as Hospital Manager / Director
- Demonstrated leadership in driving quality clinical outcomes, patient safety, service delivery excellence, and nursing professional practice
- Advanced certifications in nursing and executive leadership are highly desirable
